Step for cleaning your Evolis Primacy id card printer

Open the printer lid on the top of the printer.

Remove the print ribbon.

Close the lid.

Open the card input hopper.

Remove all blank cards.

Shift the card thickness gauge to “MAX”.

Remove the adhesive strip from the cleaning card.

Place the cleaning card in the input hopper and leave the hopper door open.

Press the power button twice.

The card will be automatically cycled through the printer and ejected into the output

hopper.

Remove the card from the output hopper and close the card output hopper.

Open the printer lid.

Replace the print ribbon and close the lid.

 Return unused cards to the input hopper.

 Return the thickness gauge toits correct setting and close the hopper door.
